3.1.4.7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be managed from the subscriptions option in the administration panel. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

There are two types of subscriptions:

Store subscriptions grant you access to the partstore.online platform and are prepaid yearly. Some manufacturers may subsidize the yearly store subscription fee. Manufacturer subsidies are only available at the time of signup and last only for the duration of the manufacturer subsidy program. Subsidized subscriptions will be converted to standard subscriptions at the end of the subsidized program period.

Catalog subscriptions grant you the opportunity to have your dealer store listed as a buying option under a manufacturers authorized electronic parts catalog. Manufacturer may have specific requirements in order for your catalog and store listing to be available as a buying choice. Manufacturers have the right to approve or deny Manufacturer parts catalog listings. You are not charged a subscription fee for a manufacturer catalog unless the manufacturer approves your catalog requests. Some manufacturers may waive or subsidize the manufacturer catalog fee.

Cancel Catalog Subscription

To cancel your catalog subscription and to no longer have your items listed under the manufacturer's electronic parts catalog and no longer appear as a buying option for customers purchasing parts through the manufacturer's part catalog click the Cancel button.

To cancel your partstore.online subscription and to no longer have your dealer store active click the Cancel button.
