The UPS tab allows you to enable UPS, supply your API credentials (using your credentials will return any special carrier pricing discounts for your account) and define what UPS service levels you wish to offer customers.

UPS Active

1. UPS Active
To enable UPS as a shipping option for your dealer store set this checkbox to checked.

API keys

2. API keys
Shipping providers require that you provide API keys or valid credentials in order to use their web services for calculating shipping service levels and rates.  Provide the appropriate API keys or credentials in order to enable this feature.

Shipping Method

3. Shipping Method
Each service level has an official shipping method name.  These values are set by default and cannot be modified.

Delivery Time

4. Delivery Time
Different service levels offer guaranteed delivery times.  These values are populated by default and can be edited to show lead times required for package preparation plus the actual shipment time.  These values will be displayed at the time of end consumer carrier and service level selection.

Destination

5. Destination
Varying service levels are available for international or national / domestic parcel delivery.  The service level destinations are displayed for convenience of determining what service levels the administrator wants to offer in the dealer store.

Weight Limits

6. Weight Limits
Providing a weight limitation to a service level allows the store to determine when each service level should be available at checkout as a valid shipping option.

To quickly activate or deactivate all service levels click this button.

Service Level Active

8. Service Level Active
Service levels that are active or selected will be available for selection by the customer at checkout as a shipping option.
 
Add notes and save your settings.

After making configuration changes to carries and service levels it is imperative that the administrator click the save button to store the changes made to the store settings.
