3.1.6. Emails

 

Emails

 
The dealer store sends email notification to customers when various events occur and the customer should receive notification related to the event.  The email that are sent are all defined using templates.  Events that generate one or more email(s) and have associated templates that the administrator can modify include:
 
Place Order (Credit Card)
 
Place Order (On Account)
 
Cancel Order (Credit Card)
 
Cancel Order (On Account)
 
Order shipped
 
Refund Order
 
Modifying the template results in a customized email being sent instead of the default partstore.online email notification for any specific event.  To modify an email template refer to the Editing a Template help topic.
